*FROZEN* 1/2 can peaches in light syrup
1/2 c. skim, soy, or almond milk (plain or vanilla)
1/3 scoop vanilla protein powder (less if it's not as tolerable.)
1/2 tsp. flaxseed oil
a couple ice cubes if you'd like
I also sometimes add a bit of light yogurt, either peach or vanilla
Blend and enjoy!
It's not as interesting as what you can do with a "normal day's" shake, but it's yummy and pretty tolerable.
