Strawberry Nutella Breakfast Shake
I was really happy with the way this turned out, i hope it sits well!!
This is for ONE serving.
1/2 C. skim milk, vanilla soymilk or chocolate soymilk (i used vanilla soy)
6 or 7 frozen strawberries (i let them thaw for about 10 mins bc my blender sucks)
3/4 Tbs Nutella, give or take (you can also use peanut butter)
small squirt of honey to taste
1 1/2 tsp flax seed oil
1/2 scoop chocolate soy protein powder
Blend and enjoy :)
